Why we have this policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the rising prevalence of fraudulent chargebacks, script leaks, and unauthorized redistribution, Vice Studios is unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. All products are thoroughly tested and documented before release.

Non-refundable — includes but not limited to

• Change of mind — Purchases made and later unwanted are not eligible for a refund.
• Incompatibility — Issues arising from third-party scripts, server environments, or customer modifications.
• Customer negligence — Failure to review product descriptions, requirements, or prerequisites before purchasing.
• Promotional purchases — Items acquired at a discounted or sale price are non-refundable.
• Open-source products — All open-source scripts are non-refundable regardless of circumstance.

Legal protections

All Vice Studios products are protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any attempt to leak, redistribute, or share Tebex transaction codes will result in immediate legal action.

All transactions are processed through Tebex.io. Refund decisions remain subject to Tebex's platform policies. Vice Studios does not have authority to override Tebex's system or decisions.
